1. What is your refund/return policy?
We do not offer returns. After the cake has left our care and has been properly packaged we are not liable. Keep in mind all cakes should be refrigerated.
2. What is your deposit policy?
All cakes require a 25% deposit to lock in your order and date.
3. What is your rush order policy
In the case we are able to take in a rush order a $50 to $75 uncharge will be added to your order for the inconvenience. Please keep in mind that all of our decorations and toppers are handmade for your special event and require the time to do so.
4. What is your cake change and add-on policy?
You are able to make changes to your cake 1 week prior to the date of your order. Anything after that cannot be promised as the materials will likely be purchased and collected by then for your day. In the case we are able to change after that week there will be added to your order the cost of goods needed to change it as well as an inconvenience fee of $25.
If you are sick please reschedule your order and stay home. There is no charge for a sick cancellation. Get well soon!
